(Cons) The event proceeded with coffee stains on the floor that remained, and the event manager was absent during the event, making it impossible to inquire about equipment (microphones, venue noise). The right-most seat had difficulty hearing the speeches due to the noise from the ventilation. (Advantages) Reservations and rental inquiries were processed through Lubook and were processed quickly.

I rented the space for a company year-end event, and overall, I was very satisfied. The manager and on-site staff were both friendly and responsive, allowing us to proceed with the event without any major issues, from planning to execution. Since it was an internal company event, I cannot attach any photos, but the venue could accommodate about 150 people without any problems, and the large front screen made it easy to run the event. The catering food was also of good quality overall, and our staff were always there to take care of us, so they were satisfied too ☺️

Because I had to reserve the venue on short notice, there were so many things to consider, like price, location, capacity, and luxury luggage. I'm so glad I found a venue that perfectly suited my needs. The manager was very responsive and helpful throughout the preparation process, which helped everything go smoothly! I'd be happy to rent this venue again for a similar event!
