Overall, I was satisfied. However, the valet parking guidance was inadequate. Since there is no valet at the front, Everyone was heading down to the parking lot when an employee came over urgently and said we had to use the valet service. It would be better if there were valet signs or valet staff to guide you on the way in.

It was a decent response and satisfactory service.

I always host my events at the Cappuccino Hotel. They prepare everything well and respond quickly to even sudden requests, which is very helpful. The parking lot is spacious, the venue is in great condition, and the price is incredibly affordable.
