The staff are friendly, and I am satisfied with the service.

I liked that the manager responded promptly. It was great that everything proceeded smoothly without any setbacks during the event.

The seating arrangement request was not reflected in detail. Please remove the seats of honor with some room. I initially requested a square (ㅁ) shape arrangement, but the staff arbitrarily arranged them in a U-shape, claiming it was too cramped (they did not notify me, the person in charge, in advance that they would be making the change). Even when I asked on-site to change it to a square shape as originally requested, the staff member in charge countered by asking why they had to do that when the space is narrow and what the reason was, making me wonder if this is the right approach.

We frequently use this as a meeting venue. First of all, it is easy to communicate with the staff, and Above all, it is the best in terms of accessibility!
