As this was the first event hosted by our company, I had many worries and needed to verify everything during the preparation process. However, from the initial quote inquiry to the wrap-up after the event, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and provided attentive guidance, which was a great help. Even though I made many specific and demanding requests for verification during the preparation process, you meticulously checked every single detail and provided detailed guidance. In particular, you responded quickly to sudden changes and additional requests that arose the day before and on the day of the event, allowing us to successfully conclude the event despite unexpected variables.
