We rented the room for an event inviting foreign dignitaries! It was my first time using the Chrysanthemum Room, and I absolutely loved it. All the guests were satisfied, and the food was delicious. First of all, the event manager, Na Seong-yeon, was so kind. She consistently communicated with us for a month beforehand and prepared thoroughly to ensure the event ran smoothly. And the manager who was on-site... I forgot his name because I was so busy, but he was a first-timer. He really went above and beyond for us. He even brought me a side dish tray when I thought I was injured during the event setup, and he helped me set up everything, step by step. He was so kind and thorough. The service was top-notch. Thank you! Parnas isn't a five-star hotel for nothing!
Our requests were well-addressed during the preparation process. The venue's view was fantastic. The event proceeded smoothly, and food was served at a reasonable pace, leaving everyone satisfied.




The service managers on the day of the event were extremely friendly and responsive. However, perhaps due to a communication misunderstanding with another hall, they came to set up their booth on the day of the event, which made things a bit noisy. Aside from that, the managers' service and responsiveness were excellent.
