The manager was very friendly, and the lunch buffet was delicious, and the staff loved it. The banquet hall was beautifully set up, just like in the photos.

The manager was friendly, and aside from the heat, the venue was clean and nice. We used the Ac Kitchen buffet, which had good reviews, so the staff was quite satisfactory. However, even before the event started, I repeatedly cross-checked with the staff that the champagne was scheduled for 4:40 PM, but it wasn't ready on time, and the atmosphere was awkward from the start. That's understandable. What really bothered me was the attitude of the person who appeared to be the manager. I asked them to rush out and prepare the champagne, but the person who appeared to be the buffet manager, Lee*ju, just stood there and waited for another employee to bring an ice basket, doing nothing. If I were you, I would have opened the champagne at that time. While the champagne was being served late, another employee rushed in and served us, and I ended up hastily opening two bottles myself and serving them. Lee*ju, who had slowly opened his champagne, left it at the entrance of the venue and then arrogantly walked to the counter. I was completely shocked and dumbfounded. He didn't even offer an apology. Later, he made a mistake in payment and had to pay again. If it weren't for his irresponsible attitude, it would have been a perfect event.
