Since our guests were coming from all over the country, we booked a location near Yongsan Station, and it was great that it was right in front of the station. The booking process was smooth, and everything was good on the day of the event, except for an issue where the event was delayed by about 30 minutes due to a problem connecting the MacBook (PPT). A dedicated engineer came to resolve the issue, but they couldn't identify the cause, so they replaced the TV, which caused a bit of a commotion, but everything was resolved successfully. Since the conference room also provides packed meals, I would definitely consider booking again if I plan a similar event in the future. I recommend it!

The event coordinator responded quickly, so there were no issues during preparation, and the coordinator on the day of the event was also prompt and responsive, so everything went smoothly! The price was reasonable, and the location was especially convenient via public transportation, making it easy to invite them to the event.
