The conference room atmosphere was pleasant, and the coffee break was also satisfactory. The table arrangements were well-organized to suit the meeting, and the sound system and projector for presentations were neat. The space outside the conference room was also well-organized, and all participants were satisfied. While it was a bit disappointing that laptops weren't provided, everything else was satisfactory, so there was no problem. The staff was also very helpful, promptly addressing parking and other requests. This was my first hotel conference, and I'm sure I'll be using it often in the future!
