As this was the first event hosted by our company, I had many worries and needed to verify everything during the preparation process. However, from the initial quote inquiry to the wrap-up after the event, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and provided attentive guidance, which was a great help. Even though I made many specific and demanding requests for verification during the preparation process, you meticulously checked every single detail and provided detailed guidance. In particular, you responded quickly to sudden changes and additional requests that arose the day before and on the day of the event, allowing us to successfully conclude the event despite unexpected variables. On behalf of the entire staff, I would like to express my sincere gratitude. It was a venue I would definitely like to use again if the opportunity arises. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your excellent service. We used this venue for our 60th birthday party, and the staff were so helpful and helpful, making it incredibly convenient for us as the host. The price was reasonable, and the food was top-notch. I had returned because of a good experience in the past, and it was, as always, the perfect choice.

The venue was even higher and brighter than in the photos, giving it a spacious feel. I was incredibly satisfied with the visuals upon entering the venue. The equipment was well-equipped, and the screen was LED, not beamed, which was incredibly clear and beautiful. The manager was friendly and responsive, which helped us complete the event. The location and parking were perfect as well :)

During my six-day stay, communication with the sales staff and service team was smooth, and I was always satisfied with their friendly and prompt response! The only downside was that the quality of the Korean food trays wasn't great for the price, and the taste was just average. Furthermore, the heating and cooling system struggled to maintain an appropriate temperature, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

The pros were the high ceilings and spacious venue, and the location was great. The manager who guided us through the event was also friendly. It was nice to be able to use tables outside the venue in addition to the event hall. The cons were that I ate lunch and dinner at the hotel, which gave me a stomachache. If I ever hold another event, I won't order the food I ordered this time. There's only one elevator to the parking lot, so you have to take the stairs down to the parking lot to get your event supplies. I recommend bringing all your event supplies upstairs from the start.
