- Parking is available within the hotel, but due to limited parking, we recommend using public transportation. => Parking is free within the hotel building, but free parking is not available at other parking facilities.

- Free rental of sound equipment and beam projector screens is available.

Is the event setup and break-down time included in the rental time?

- We can provide free service for about 30 minutes in the front/back, and if additional service is needed, it can be provided for a fee or free of charge after separate consultation.

Is it possible to bring in outside food? If so, how much will it cost for the food and drinks?

- Only lunch boxes and catering (refreshments) are permitted. (You must collect any trash yourself.) -> A cleaning fee of 55,000 won will be charged if trash is not collected. -> Bringing in alcoholic beverages is prohibited, but may be permitted upon mutual agreement.

How do I get there by public transportation?

- Subway: Exit 4 of Seohyeon Station (Bundang Line), exit through Gate 2 of AK Plaza, and walk for 3 minutes. - Bus: Seohyeon Station (AK Plaza) Regular Bus: 55-1, 500, 520, 520-1, 116, 222, 116-3, 15, 17, 220, 300, 33, 720-1, 720-2 / Seat Bus: 3000, 3500, 7007-1, 102, 5500-1, 9414 - Incheon Airport: Take limousine bus 5300, 5400, or 5400-1 from Incheon International Airport and get off at Seohyeon Station. It takes about 60 minutes. After getting off at Seohyeon Station, walk 3 minutes to Hotel Skypark Central Seoul Pangyo. (Limousine bus stop: 1st floor, No. 9 (Terminal 1) / Basement 1, No. 39 (Terminal 2) - Gimpo Airport: Take limousine bus No. 5100, 5200, or 5200-1 from Gimpo International Airport and get off at Seohyeon Station. It takes about 50 minutes. After getting off at Seohyeon Station, it is a 3-minute walk to Hotel Skypark Central Seoul Pangyo.
