How is parking when attending the event?

Accepted Answer

Parking is available at the hotel's internal parking lot and the Myeongdong Cathedral parking lot across the street. On the day of the event, the organizer will provide free parking for up to three vehicles.

For the 3 free vehicles, if you receive the vehicle number in advance, we will guide you to the internal parking lot. For other vehicles, you must pay.
(Parking fees are 1,000 won per 10 minutes and 6,000 won per hour.)

Parking fees can be paid individually or in a lump sum.

Is it possible to bring in outside food?

Please understand that due to the nature of the hotel, bringing in outside food is not permitted.

Does this include event preparation and dismantling time?

Accepted Answer

Preparation time and withdrawal time are not included in the rental fee.
If you use the meeting room outside of the contracted hours, additional rental fees will also apply, including the time required for event setup and dismantling. 
 
*If there are no other events before or after the event you are hosting, we may provide an additional hour of setup time.

Question 4

Can I install and use a microphone, projector, and banner? What are the fees?

Accepted Answer

Beam & screen, and sound are provided as a service, but you must prepare and bring the banner separately as we do not have a partner company.

Do I have to eat there? Can I just rent the space?

Accepted Answer

Space only rental is available without meals or refreshments.
