How many cars can I park? How much does it cost?

- Free parking is available only for the number of people attending the event.
(The hotel's parking lot can accommodate up to 330 vehicles)

Is it possible to install and use various equipment, such as microphones and projectors? What are the fees?

- Wired/wireless microphones (2-3) and basic sound system are provided free of charge.
- A beam projector and screen are provided free of charge.
*It is possible to bring in stages and equipment from outside, but prior consultation on the setup and preparation of a work application form are required.

Is the event setup and dismantling time included in the rental time?

- Both preparation and withdrawal times are included in the rental time, and are usually provided one hour before the event starts and one hour after the event ends.

Can I bring in outside food? If so, what are the additional costs for food and alcohol?

- Bringing in outside food is not allowed, and a separate corkage fee will be charged for bringing in drinks.

Can I get a discount on the rental fee if I eat there?

- The rental fee is discounted depending on the number of diners and total cost, and we will provide detailed information during consultation.

Is it possible to display a banner? (How much does it cost to have it made at the hotel?)

Banners can be displayed, but costs vary depending on the size (KRW 110,000 - KRW 200,000).
