How many cars can I park? How much does it cost?

- Hyundai City Outlet Dongdaemun Branch parking lot: first hour free (600 won per 10 minutes thereafter)
- When staying at the hotel, one free parking ticket per room is provided for one hour from the actual check-in time to the check-out time (up to 12:00 on the check-out date).
- Any other free parking is subject to the Hyundai City Outlet Dongdaemun branch policy.

Is it possible to install and use equipment such as microphones and projectors? What are the fees?

- The rental fee includes wired/wireless microphones, sound system, and beam projector.

Are event setup and dismantling times included in the rental time? (What are the fees for overtime?)

- Included in the rental time.
- Our hotel strives to hold one event per day in each banquet hall.
- Existing events have been held as full-day rentals, but only at Lubook, we have created a special half-day product.

Can I bring in outside food? If so, what are the additional costs for food and alcohol? (Is there a catering service available?)

- Prior consultation with the manager in charge is required.

Can I get a discount on the rental fee if I eat there?

- We plan to offer a discount on rental fees after the restaurant resumes regular operations.

Is it possible to display a banner? (How much does it cost to have it made at the hotel?)

- If you make a banner measuring 6m wide x 0.9m high, we will post it for you.
