⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a lot of concerns leading up to the first birthday party. Whenever I thought of a hotel party, my first worry was, "Will I really be satisfied considering the cost?" To start with the conclusion—it was the perfect choice that caught two birds with one stone: great value for money and emotional satisfaction. ✨ Meticulous care from the assigned manager (Manager Jo Ui-hyeon) From the initial consultation throughout the event, the manager in charge was truly exceptional. Every single minor request was immediately addressed, and I was deeply touched by their thoughtfulness in taking care of things before I even had a chance to ask. 🍽️ The quality of the food was different. Not only the taste and quality, but even the timing of the food was perfect. Every course was served at the appropriate time, allowing guests to enjoy their meal without any inconvenience. 🌿 Atmosphere of the terrace space The spacious terrace was perfect for taking photos throughout the event, and everyone was amazed by the beautiful atmosphere. I also really appreciated being able to focus entirely on our precious time as a family thanks to the private space. 🚗 Accessibility is also excellent. There was no inconvenience with either parking or public transportation, and it was easy for guests traveling from afar to find their way. Everyone who joined us that day said they were glad they came, and several even expressed a desire to hold their own children's first birthday parties here. I think that alone proves just how special this space is. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to everyone at Hotel Crescendo Seoul for making my child's first birthday so happy. I definitely want to celebrate our next special occasion here as well. 🎂

Even though it was a case where preparations had to be made quickly, the manager helped us very sensibly on site. I was so grateful that the staff also took care of the meal warmly afterwards. The price is not bad, and the venue feels private, so everyone was satisfied :)

We had a wonderful stay at RYSE. There was an issue with the room temperature in one of the rooms but it was resolved. Kyle and the rest of the team made sure that we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely go back to RYSE for our next trip to South Korea.

I visited for a company workshop where people from all over the country gathered. It was easily accessible from Myeongdong Station and Chungmuro Station, and the conference room was nice. The accommodations were small, but the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast didn't have many options, but it was good value for money as it had just the necessities! The breakfast was good, so I also used the lunch buffet and was satisfied. However, when I used the conference room beam projector all day, the screen would flicker once in a while. The manager in charge was so easy to communicate with, and I was so grateful for his quick response! I've already booked the next workshop~~
