Cancellation & Refund Policy

Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotel & Residences Event Space Reservation Policy

- If cancellation occurs within 3 days of the reservation date, the deposit will not be refunded. - A lump sum payment can be made on the 10th or 26th of each month according to the refund policy below.
- The photos and the actual space may differ depending on the hotel's circumstances, and no refund will be made due to this.

* Customer responsibility
- The payment amount will not be refunded in case of a no-show (not using the reserved space).

* Deposit cancellation and refund policy
- Within 3 days of the reservation date: No refund of the event deposit on the day
- 3 days before the reservation date: 50% of the event deposit can be refunded
- 7 days before the reservation date: 100% of the event deposit can be refunded
