How many cars can be parked? How much does it cost?
Free parking is available for event-related vehicles. A parking registration box will be provided at the registration desk in front of the venue. Simply enter your vehicle number and your parking registration will be processed.
Is it possible to bring in outside food? If so, how much will it cost for the food and drinks?
Bringing in outside food or taking out hotel food from outside is not permitted.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
* Cancellation policy for deposit refund If the contract is cancelled more than 60 days before the event, the deposit will not be refunded, and the following compensation will be applied. 1) Cancellation 59 to 30 days before the event: 20% of the total event amount 2) Cancellation 29 to 20 days before the event: 30% of the total event amount 3) Cancellation 19 to 7 days before the event: 60% of the total event amount (However, 100% compensation will be provided for products whose order has been confirmed) 3) Cancellation 6 to 1 days before the event: 80% of the total event amount 4) Cancellation on the event day: 100% of the total event amount
