예약 후 현장 답사를 갔을 때 담당자분이 친절하게 안내를 잘 해주셨습니다.
잘 소통해주신 덕분에 순조롭게 준비할 수 있었구요
행사 당일 현장에서도 담당 매니저님의 빠른 응대와 업무 처리로 차질 없이 행사를 마칠 수 있었습니다.
기억에 남는 점은 김성현 매니저님이랑 통화를 하고 있었는데 갑자기 옆에서 나타나신 적이 1층에서 한 번, 31층에서 한 번 있었어서 놀랐고 재밌었습니다 ㅎㅎ
그만큼 신경을 많이 써주셨던 것 같습니다.
아쉬웠던 점은 연단 2개에 있는 멀티탭에 전기가 안 들어오더라구요
현장에서는 바빠서 물어보지 못 했는데 원래 사용이 안 되는건지는 모르겠지만 그 쪽 전기를 사용하지 못 해서 아쉬웠어요~

1. 오는 루트는 좀 까다롭습니다 (1층에서 보안대 거쳐야 하고, 특히 주차장->컨벤션 오는 길이 엘레베이터 환승을 해야해서 안내하기 어려워요. 주차장도 넓어서 올라오는 루트도 여러군데여서 임원분들이 오시기 어렵습니다...)
1-2 그러다 보니 (연초)흡연하는 장소도 멀고 행사 진행 시 쉬는시간을 길게 드려야 합니다. 여성분들은 이용하시는 화장실 칸도 6칸밖에 안됩니다..
2 그래도 뷰가 좋으니 전반적인 만족도는 높은 편이었던 것 같아요 (특히 여성 직원분들이 중간 중간 사진 찍으며 좋아하시더라구요.)
3 롯데측 케이터링의 경우, 맛도 좋다는 평이 많았고 약속한 시간에 정확히 나옵니다. 피드백도 빠르구요.
4 행사장소 측 담당자는 연락도 빠르고, 현장 답사를 두 번이나 갔는데 ㅎㅎ.. 답사에서 설명도 잘 해주셨습니다.

롯데타워 컨벤션에서 진행하는 두 번째 행사였습니다. 담당자 분께서 자세하게 설명해주시고, 친절하게 응대해주셔서 예약과정 순조로웠습니다. 늘 그렇듯 뷰도 너무 좋았어요. 행사 참석하신 분들의 만족도도 높았습니다. 쾌적하고 깨끗해서 늘 만족스러운 곳이에요.

The regulations are as follows: SKY31 Event Space Reservation Policy Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these regulations is to stipulate the necessary matters for the efficient operation of the conference facilities and ancillary facilities of SKY31 Convention managed by Lotte Shopping Co., Ltd. Article 2 (Definition of Terms) The definitions of terms used in these regulations are as follows: 1. Conference room refers to the following facilities that are zoned for use by the lessee for international conferences, corporate meetings, seminars, various events, and performances (hereinafter referred to as “events”). 1.1 Auditorium 1.2 Conference A: SKY, SUN, ClOUD 1.3 Conference B: MOON, STAR 1.4 Auxiliary facilities: WAITING ROOM, lounge, etc. 1.5 Conference C: 5th floor Promotion Hall 2. 'Landlord' refers to Lotte Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Lotte Trading') that operates and manages SKY31 Convention. 3. 'Lessee' refers to the user of the conference room that organizes and operates the event. Article 3 (Terms of Use and Limitations of Liability) 1. The operation and management of events held by renting a conference room are the responsibility of the conference room lessee. 2. The lessee must comply with the conference room operation regulations. However, if separate construction such as stage or booth installation is required to create the event venue, the lessee must obtain approval through prior consultation with Lotte Trading and submit documents requested by Lotte Trading, such as an installation application form, technical support application form, and work report form. 3. If the lessee intentionally or negligently causes damage or other accidents, causing damage to Lotte Shopping or others, the lessee shall be liable for compensation. 4. The lessee shall be responsible for taking out insurance for personal and material damages to the facility during the rental period. Article 4 (Operating Hours and Usage Hours) 1. The operating hours of the conference room shall be (09:00~22:00) every day in principle, but in case of unavoidable extension or change of opening hours, adjustments may be made with the prior approval of Lotte Shopping. 2. The usage hours of the conference room shall be as follows: 2.1 Morning: 09:00~12:00 2.2 Afternoon: 13:00~17:00 2.3 Night: 18:00~21:00 2.4 All day: 09:00~17:00 3. The rental period of the conference room is from the date of commencement of use to the date of confirmation of completion of restoration to its original condition, and the usage time in Paragraph 2 of this Article is the minimum rental time. However, 30 minutes each of event preparation and dismantling time is supported free of charge. 4. Night rental is available for 3 hours or more, and the rental fee is calculated as 'Overtime rental fee x usage time (h)'. 5. If the usage time exceeds the minimum rental time stipulated in Paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article, the overtime usage fee must be paid to Lotte Shopping and an 'Application for Additional Use of Conference Room and Equipment' must be submitted without a separate contract. However, the overtime usage fee shall not exceed the previous day's rental fee. Article 5 (Restrictions on Application for Use) Lotte Trading may restrict applications for use of the conference room in the following cases: 1. Events that violate laws or social norms 2. Events that may cause social problems due to extravagance, extravagance, and decadence 3. Events that may seriously damage Lotte Trading’s facilities and equipment 4. Other events deemed unsuitable for use of the conference room Article 6 (Approval and Contract for Use) 1. When a lessee submits a conference room rental application or requests it by phone, Lotte Trading will review the contents of the rental application and notify the lessee of the results in writing or by phone. 2. A lessee who has been approved for use of the conference room must enter into a conference room rental contract at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental period in order to secure the conference room, and must pay a deposit equivalent to 20% of the rent at the time of signing the contract. However, Lotte Trading may adjust the period and ratio if necessary. 3. If the deposit is not paid, Lotte Trading may cancel the approval for use without notice to the lessee. Article 7 (Cancellation of Use Approval) Lotte Trading Co., Ltd. may cancel use approval before the conclusion of a contract after use approval in the following cases: 1.1 If the information provided at the time of application for use is found to be false 1.2 If any of the provisions of Article 5 is found to apply 1.3 If this regulation is clearly violated Article 8 (Rent and Equipment Usage Fee) 1. Rent and equipment usage fees shall be in accordance with the provisions of Appendix 4 and 5. 2. In principle, the lessee shall pay 20% of the rent at the time of conclusion of the contract and the remaining 80% and an amount corresponding to value-added tax at least 7 days prior to the commencement of use of the conference room. 3. If the rent and equipment usage fees change due to an increase or decrease in taxes and public charges, fluctuations in economic conditions, inflation, or other circumstances, the lessee shall pay according to the changed rate, and Lotte Trading Co., Ltd. shall notify the lessee in advance if the changed rate is applied. 4. If the rent is not paid on time, Lotte Shopping may unilaterally terminate this contract. 5. The rent and equipment usage fees are interest-free. Article 9 (Change of Use and Penalty) 1. If the lessee reduces, changes, or cancels part (or all) of the contracted conference room rental area (conditions) after the contract is signed, the lessee must pay a penalty to Lotte Shopping according to the following criteria. However, if there is already paid rent, the penalty will be deducted. From the start date of the lease to 7 days before: 100% of the rent penalty From 8 days before to 30 days before the start date of the lease: 20% of the rent penalty 2. The lessee must immediately sign a revised contract with Lotte Shopping upon payment of the penalty, and other matters such as payment of the rent and equipment usage fees shall be handled in accordance with the operating regulations. 3. If the use of the conference room is impossible due to a natural disaster or other calamity, the penalty will be adjusted through mutual agreement. However, it cannot exceed the minimum period-based penalty range according to Article 1 of these Terms. 4. After the contract is signed, the lessee cannot change the date of use without changing the rent, but this is possible if approved by Lotte Trading. Article 10 (Contract Termination and Cancellation Fee) 1. After the contract is signed, Lotte Trading may unilaterally cancel the contract if the lessee commits any of the following acts. 1.1 If the lessee violates the lease agreement or operating regulations 1.2 If the lessee fails to pay the rent or other expenses by the due date 1.3 If the lessee arbitrarily changes the event content and uses it 1.4 If the lessee unilaterally expresses an intent to cancel or is judged to have no intent to perform the contract 1.5 If the lessee conducts an event that does not conform to the purpose of operating the conference room, such as an event that violates laws, is anti-social, or has a risk of damaging the facility 2. If the contract is canceled according to Article 1 of these Terms, the lessee must pay a cancellation fee to Lotte Trading according to the following criteria. However, if there is a pre-paid rent, the cancellation fee will be deducted. Cancellation period From the start date of the lease to 7 days before: Cancellation fee 100% of the rent From 8 days before to 30 days before the start date: 20% of the rent Article 11 (Transfer and sublease) If the lessee wishes to transfer or sublease the rights and obligations related to the use of the conference room, he/she must obtain Lotte Shopping’s prior written consent. Article 12 (Changes in settings and equipment, etc.) 1. Lotte Shopping will provide conference room settings free of charge for the first time only, and in this case, the lessee must confirm the furniture settings by 3 days before the start of the lease. 2. If the lessee requests conference equipment exceeding the capacity of each conference room, Lotte Shopping will charge a usage fee for the excess. 3. The lessee may not remove furniture, etc. placed in each conference room out of the designated location without prior approval, or manipulate, damage, or change them for purposes other than those for which they are used. 4. After the event, the lessee may not take out the equipment, fixtures, etc. provided free of charge or for a fee, out of the designated area without prior approval, or manipulate, damage, or change the equipment for purposes other than those for which it was used. Article 13 (Prohibited Actions by Lessees) 1. Installing, opening, or leaving signs, banners, or other guidance materials without prior approval from Lotte Shopping. 2. Bringing in or smoking items that are harmful or unpleasant to the human body or that may interfere with the event. 3. Direct sales. Article 14 (Telephone and Communication Facilities) The use of telephones or dedicated communication lines within the conference hall for event use shall be installed by a company designated by the lessee after direct application to KT by the lessee, and the lessee shall bear the cost. Article 15 (Installation of Advertisements and Promotional Materials) 1. If the lessee wishes to attach advertisements and promotional materials for an event inside or outside the conference room, the lessee must receive a designation of a location through prior consultation with Lotte Shopping. The principle is to install them the day before the event and remove them after the event. 2. Advertisements and promotional materials installed or attached outside of the designated location shall be removed by the lessee or by Lotte Mart immediately upon Lotte Mart’s instruction. The lessee shall be fully responsible for any damage to the facilities resulting therefrom. Article 16 (Audiovisual Equipment) 1. If the lessee wishes to use audiovisual equipment, he/she shall apply for it at the time of signing the conference room lease agreement. 2. The lessee shall return the equipment provided free of charge or with a fee after Lotte Mart confirms its condition immediately upon the end of the usage period. 3. If the lessee wishes to use external audiovisual equipment, he/she shall obtain prior approval from Lotte Mart and install and remove it according to Lotte Mart’s instructions. 4. The lessee shall be fully responsible for any damage or loss of Lotte Mart’s audiovisual equipment and shall be liable for compensation. Article 17 (Bringing in Food and Beverage) 1. If the lessee requires the provision of food and beverages in connection with the use of the conference room, he/she shall notify the lessor in advance of whether or not food and beverages will be provided by the time of signing the lease agreement. At this time, the lessee may directly select a vendor or use Lotte Shopping’s partner vendor to bring in food and beverages. If the lessee intends to use a food and beverage provider of his or her own choice, the scope of use, method of use, etc. of kitchen facilities and entry and exit routes necessary for cooking and distribution, etc., and other matters related thereto shall be mutually agreed upon at the time of signing the lease agreement, and these shall be complied with thereafter. Article 18 (Agreement on Broadcasting) If an event is recorded or broadcast, approval from Lotte Shopping must be obtained, and the relay location, facilities, and equipment, etc. shall be agreed upon in advance with Lotte Shopping. Article 19 (Restoration to Original Condition) 1. Upon the end of the period of use specified in the contract, the lessee shall return the various facilities of the conference room used and the equipment and supplies provided free of charge or for a fee, after receiving confirmation from Lotte Shopping, and shall immediately restore any damage, deformation, or loss other than normal wear and tear during use to the original condition or an equivalent or better condition. 2. The lessee shall restore the conference room to its original condition within the contract period. In case of violation, Lotte Shopping will act as an agent for restoration to the original condition, and Lotte Shopping can immediately restore the original condition through a specialized company, etc. In this case, an amount equivalent to 15% of the actual cost will be charged to the lessee as an agency fee, and the lessee will immediately pay the amount.
