Cancellation & Refund Policy
- The amount indicated is the amount provided directly by Mayfield Hotel. After confirming the reservation, the customer can pay the event deposit and final amount directly to the hotel.
- If an event inquiry is received from another customer on the same date, you must decide whether to contract within 24 hours. If there is no separate response, the event venue will be leased to a third party.
- If you wish to change or cancel an event after confirming your reservation, you must notify the person in charge. If you cancel an event, the following deposit refund policy will apply.
* Cancellation 150 days prior to the event date: 00% refund of the total contracted amount
* Cancellation made 149 to 60 days prior to the event date: 10% of the total contracted amount
* Cancellation made 59 to 30 days prior to the event date: 20% of the total contracted amount
* Cancellation made 29 to 10 days prior to the event date: 35% of the total contracted amount
* Cancellation made 9 to 1 day prior to the event date: 50% of the total contracted amount
* In case of cancellation on the day of the event: 70% of the total contracted amount
If you request to add or serve more food, beverages, or other items to your scheduled event than those specified in this Agreement, you must consult with the person in charge before receiving the additional items. Additional charges will apply to you for any additional items.
- You agree to ensure that your guests, invitees, and other attendees leave the scheduled event venue by the closing time specified. Furthermore, you will be liable for any additional costs or overtime charges incurred by us for not adhering to the closing time.
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by you or any other person attending a scheduled event during your stay at our hotel.
- If there is a change in the number of people guaranteed payment, the customer must notify the person in charge of the change at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled event.
- You may be charged for the repair and replacement costs for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by the event.
