Cancellation & Refund Policy
Lubook Basic Rules: *The amount indicated is the amount directly provided by the hotel. After the reservation is confirmed, the customer can directly pay the event deposit and final amount to the hotel. Inquiries regarding events and negotiations can be made with the manager in charge. *Cancellation and Refund - Cancellation and refund policies follow each hotel's policies. Hotel XX Event Space Reservation Policy - The deposit will not be refunded if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the reservation date. - The photos and actual space may differ depending on the hotel's circumstances, and no refunds will be made for this reason. - Cancellation requests after the deposit payment is completed can be cancelled and the deposit refunded according to the hotel's cancellation and refund policy. *Customer Responsibilities - No refunds will be made in case of no-show (if the reserved space is not used). *Deposit Cancellation and Refund Policy - The event deposit will not be refunded on the day of the event from 5:00 PM 14 days prior to the reservation date.
