Cancellation & Refund Policy
※ Banquet Hall Use and Cancellation Policy 1. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, and the remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the event. 2. The venue strictly regulates the bringing in and taking out of food and beverages. 3. Written notice must be given 60 days prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in the hotel charging the following amounts: (30 days' notice: 50% of the contracted total; 14 days' notice: 70% of the contracted total; 3 days' notice: 100% of the contracted total)
