Cancellation & Refund Policy
*The amount indicated is the amount provided directly by the hotel. After confirming the reservation, the customer can pay the event deposit and final amount directly to the hotel. You can contact the manager in charge for inquiries regarding events and negotiations. *The deposit will not be refunded if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the reservation date. *The actual space may differ from the photos depending on the hotel's circumstances, and no refund will be issued for this reason. *After the deposit payment has been completed, the reservation can be cancelled and the deposit refunded according to the hotel's cancellation and refund policy. *The payment will not be refunded in the case of a no-show (not using the reserved space).
