[Light Theater] Walkerhill Theater, once the center of Korean performing arts, has been reborn with cutting-edge media art technology. This 1,500-pyeong space can accommodate a dinner party of up to 400 guests. With 110 beam projectors and 50 speakers, clients can create unique, personalized events. [Light Lounge] This café offers stunning panoramic views of the Han River from Walkerhill Hill. The spacious 120-seat space and modern interior are ideal for a variety of events. The large screen and DID installed inside allow for a professional, private experience.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy A. Scope of Cancellation Penalty - In case of event cancellation, you must notify the person in charge 28 days prior to the scheduled event. - If you cancel without notifying 28 days prior, we will charge the following amounts. From the date of signing the contract to 28 days prior to the event: 100% of the deposit as a penalty. From 27 to 16 days prior to the event: 50% of the total expected sales including tax. Within 15 days prior to the event: 100% of the total expected sales including tax. - The expected sales include food and beverage for side events, etc. in addition to the rental fee. - We may operate the event venue or lease it to a third party due to the customer's cancellation of the event, and the deposit will not be refunded. B. Except as otherwise specified, neither party may terminate the contract. However, the contract may be terminated for reasons not attributable to the terminating party under the following conditions: In the event that performance of duties becomes impossible or illegal due to natural disasters, war, government regulations (including quarantine regulations for infectious diseases such as COVID-19), terrorism, strikes, civil lawsuits, paralysis of transportation facilities, or other emergencies beyond the control of the parties, it may have a significant impact on the ability of the parties to perform their obligations. In such cases, the contract may be terminated only by notifying the other party in writing of the termination of the contract within 5 days from the date of occurrence of the relevant reason or the date of receipt of notice of the reason. 2. Availability of external catering External catering available A. Catering can be used through catering companies affiliated with Light Lounge or an external company of the customer's choice. B.
