This 1,500-pyeong space can accommodate a dinner party of up to 400 guests. With 110 beam projectors and 50 speakers, clients can create unique, personalized events. [Light Lounge] This café offers stunning panoramic views of the Han River from Walkerhill Hill. The spacious 120-seat space and modern interior are ideal for a variety of events. The large screen and DID installed inside allow for a professional, private experience.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Timonet Event Rental Terms and Conditions 1. Cancellation Policy A. All event cancellations must be notified in writing to Timonet Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Timonet"). If the event is canceled or the date is rescheduled, the deposit paid at the time of signing the contract is non-refundable and the following cancellation penalty will be imposed. B. Scope of Cancellation Penalty i. From the date of signing the contract to 30 days before the event: The full deposit is subject to a penalty. ii. From 29 to 16 days before the event: A penalty of 50% of the total contract amount including tax is applied. iii. Within 15 days of the event: A penalty of 100% of the total contract amount including tax is applied. The contract amount includes food and beverages for side events in addition to the rental fee. C. Except as otherwise specified, neither party may terminate the contract. However, the contract may be terminated for reasons not attributable to the terminating party under the following conditions: i. Natural disaster, war, government regulations (including quarantine regulations for infectious diseases such as COVID-19), terrorism, strike, In the event that the performance of duties becomes impossible or illegal due to civil litigation, paralysis of transportation facilities, or other emergency situations beyond the control of the parties, it may have a significant impact on the ability of the parties to perform their obligations. ii. In such cases, the contract may be terminated only by notifying the other party in writing of the termination of the contract within 5 days from the date of occurrence of the cause or the date of receipt of the cause.
