연말에 회사 행사 준비가 급하게 잡혀서 수도권 인근으로 가능한 호텔을 루북으로 찾다가 더블트리 호텔을 알게 되었습니다. 대관 가능여부와 견적을 빠르게 확인 할 수 있어서 편했습니다. 새로 오픈한 호텔이어서 그런지 모든게 다 깨끗했구요~ 주차장도 넓고 쾌적해서 오신 분들도 좋아하셨습니다. 다만 대중교통으로는 조금 힘든 위치에 있었습니다. 현장 지배인님도 너무 친절하셔서 저희가 요청드리는 내용 즉각 반영 잘 해주셨습니다. 시간도 모두 잘 맞춰주셨구요. 행사 중에 점심식사도 코스로 함께 진행했는데, 음식 모두 맛있었어요. 저희가 사용한 파인룸이 30명 최대 인원인데 저희는 30명 최대로 참석해서 공간이 꽉 차는 느낌이었어요. 최대 20명 내외가 좋을 듯 합니다. 다음에 또 이용할 의향 있습니다.

자차로 오시는분들은 접근성이 좋은편입니다. 다만 도보로 오실경우 올해(23년) 까지는 공사중인 다리 구간이 있어서 다소 돌아오셔야합니다. 호텔시설과 구조 모두 불편함없이 잘 사용했습니다. 다음에는 좀더 큰 규모의 행사 문의로 찾아갈 수 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 현장에서 음향 및 시설 세팅을 상세히 도와주시기때문에, 행사전/행사당일 방문하시어 필요하신부분 잘 요청해주시면 반영됩니다. 예약한 메이플룸은 인원표기가 아마 40명 까지로 되어있을텐데, 원형 배치의 관전형 세미나 보다 좀더 컨퍼런스형식의 강의실같은 좌석배치가 효율적일듯 했습니다. 복도전시를 함께 생각하실경우, 다소 좁게느껴지실 수 있습니다. 크기가 크기인지라 발표자와 참관인의 거리가 매우 가까워 부담스러우실수 있습니다.
