A. The customer completes the banquet hall reservation by depositing the deposit (credit card or bank transfer) before the date agreed upon with the hotel and providing credit card information for event cost and penalty settlement.

2. Cancellation and penalty regulations
- If the event is canceled after signing the contract, the “client company” must pay the “hotel” a penalty according to the cancellation period as follows (based on the first day of the event).
- In case of cancellation within 90 days of the event date from the contract signing date: 10% of the total estimate (contract deposit)
- Cancellation made 89 days before the event date and within 30 days: 40% of the total estimated amount
- Cancellation made 29 days before the event date and within 7 days: 60% of the total estimated amount
- Cancellation from 7 days before the event date to the day of the event: 100% of the total estimated amount
