Event participants can use the hotel's underground parking lot or the Eulji Twin Towers (250-meter walk) for free for up to three hours. Additional parking is charged at 2,000 won per 10 minutes. (Please note that the hotel's parking lot is limited, so we recommend using public transportation whenever possible.)
Is it possible to install and use event equipment such as microphones and beam projectors?
Use of wired/wireless microphones (2-4) and beam projectors is provided free of charge during rental events.
Is it possible to bring in outside food?
Bringing in outside food is not allowed.
Is the event setup and dismantling time included in the rental time?
Preparation time and withdrawal time are not included in the rental fee.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1) The deposit must be at least 10% of the total expected event cost and must be paid when signing the event contract, and the remaining amount (including additional amounts) must be paid upon the end of the event. 2) In case of contract cancellation or event postponement due to customer's discretion or personal (group) reasons, the contract will be established if you agree to comply with the following regulations. a) If the contract is canceled 1 month before the event date -> The deposit can be refunded b) If the contract is canceled 14 days before the event date -> The deposit will be replaced with a penalty c) If the contract is canceled more than 14 days before the event date -> The deposit + 10% of the usage fee will be compensated d) If the buffet menu is prohibited due to the elevation of the COVID-19 quarantine stage, the course menu will be provided instead. 3) If the ban on group gatherings of 50 or more people is implemented due to the elevation of the COVID-19 quarantine level, the event can be cancelled free of charge, but the deposit will be replaced with a deposit. (Can be used for all hotel items) 3) When paying the total event cost, payment will be made for the number of people who actually received the service, and even if the number of people who received the service is less than the number of people guaranteed for payment, the guaranteed number of people must be paid. 4) If the number of attendees increases by more than 10% compared to the number of people guaranteed for payment at the time of contract, the customer must notify Hotel PJ of the change at least 5 days prior to the start of the event and negotiate. Hotel PJ is not responsible for any problems that may arise due to failure to notify. (Ex. Unable to provide meals for excess people, inability to change the contracted location and setting, etc.) 5) Hotel PJ is not responsible for losses caused by items not entrusted to Hotel PJ or by the customer's responsibility or other responsibilities (theft, loss, damage, etc. by a third party) unless there is a responsible reason. 6) If Hotel PJ and the customer are unable to fulfill the contract due to force majeure, such as a natural disaster, neither party will hold the other responsible, and the deposit will be refunded. 7) Customers may not bring food, beverages, food, or any other facilities into the event venue without prior consultation and approval from Hotel PJ, and may not display any items within the event venue.
