* Cancellation and Refund "If the user arbitrarily cancels the event (including changing the event schedule), the following applies" * If notified 30 days prior to the event: Event cancellation possible and deposit refund * If notified 29 to 14 days prior to the event: 30% of the expected amount incurred in the contract must be paid to the hotel as compensation. * If notified 14 to 7 days prior to the event: 50% of the expected amount incurred in the contract must be paid to the hotel as compensation. * If notified 7 to 3 days prior to the event: 70% of the expected amount incurred in the contract must be paid to the hotel as compensation. * In case of same-day or no-show (not using the reserved location), 100% of the payment amount is non-refundable.
