1. The deposit must be paid upon reservation of the event, and the remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the event. This does not apply in cases where post-payment is agreed upon in writing. 2. If there is a change in the minimum number of participants, the guest must notify the hotel of such change at least 15 days prior to the event. The guest will be responsible for any problems arising from failure to notify the hotel. 3. If the event is cancelled, the guest must notify the hotel immediately. If the event is cancelled 3 to 15 days prior to the scheduled event date, 50% of the estimated sales loss will be charged. If the cancellation is made within 3 days of the scheduled event date, the full amount of the estimated sales loss will be charged. The estimated sales loss will be calculated based on the cost of the scheduled event. If this is difficult to calculate, the current published price of the event venue will be used as the basis. 4. If the event venue becomes unavailable due to force majeure or other reasons beyond the hotel's control, the hotel reserves the right to provide the guest with a different venue. If the customer does not want the substituted venue, the customer may cancel the reservation, and the deposit already paid will be refunded in full. 5. If the customer requests additional food, beverages, or other items beyond the amount indicated on this event confirmation, the customer must meet with the banquet manager or captain before adding the additional items. Additional charges will be applied for the added items. 6. The customer may not display any items within the hotel without the hotel's consent, and may not bring food or beverages into the banquet hall without prior agreement and approval from the hotel. 7. The customer is responsible for compensating for all losses and damages to the hotel's property and equipment caused by the customer's guests and himself/herself during the event, and the hotel may include the repair and replacement costs in the final bill. 8. Cancellation of rental If the purpose/content of the event is not consistent with the reservation or if false information is discovered, the rental may be suspended even during the event, and the usage fee may not be refunded. 9. If the hotel's facilities or equipment are arbitrarily altered, lost, damaged or destroyed, the event organizer must compensate for the damage.
