Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. In principle, the deposit is to be paid when making an event reservation, and the remaining amount must be paid upon completion of the event. (However, this does not apply to cases where post-payment has been agreed upon in writing.) The deposit is set at 30% or more of the total estimated cost, and the deposit paid is non-refundable. 2. If there is a change in the number of guaranteed participants, the customer must notify the hotel of the change at least 72 hours prior to the event. The customer is responsible for any problems that may arise due to failure to notify the hotel. Additional participants cannot be added on-site if the guaranteed number of participants on the day of the event is exceeded. 3. If the event is canceled (postponed), the hotel must be notified immediately. Depending on the time of cancellation, a certain amount of penalty based on the expected sales must be paid as a penalty based on the following [Event Cancellation (Postponement) Penalty Standards]. The expected sales are calculated based on the cost of the scheduled event in principle. However, if this calculation is difficult, the currently announced event venue rental fee will be used as the standard. 4. If the event venue becomes unavailable due to force majeure or other reasons beyond the control of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to provide the guest with another venue. If the guest does not wish to use the substituted venue, the guest may cancel the reservation and the deposit already paid will be refunded in full. 5. The guest may not display any items within the hotel without the hotel's consent, and may not bring food or beverages into the banquet hall without prior agreement and approval from the hotel. 6. The guest must comply with the hotel's safety regulations for the safety of the event. Curtains and wood must be flame retardant treated. In particular, chemicals, air guns, and any hazardous materials are prohibited. The guest shall be liable for all losses and damages to the hotel's property and equipment caused by the guest or the guest participating in the event, and the hotel may include the repair and replacement costs in the final bill.
