- The amount indicated is the amount provided directly by RYSE, Autograph Collection. After confirming the reservation, the customer can pay the event deposit and final amount directly to the hotel. - If there is an event inquiry from another customer on the same date, you must decide whether to contract within 24 hours. If there is no separate response, the event venue will be leased to a third party. - If you change or cancel the event after the reservation is confirmed, you must notify the person in charge. In case of cancellation, the following deposit refund policy will apply. * Cancellation 14 days prior to the event: 100% refund of the total event deposit * Cancellation 48 hours to 14 days prior to the event: 50% refund of the total event deposit * Cancellation 48 hours prior to the event: 0% refund of the total event deposit - If the customer requests to add or serve more food, drinks, or other items to the scheduled event than the amount specified in this contract, the customer must consult with the person in charge before providing the additional items. The customer will be charged additionally for the added items. - You agree to ensure that your guests, invitees, and other attendees leave the venue by the closing time specified for the scheduled event. Additionally, you will be charged any additional costs or overtime pay that we charge for not adhering to the closing time. - We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by you or any other attendees of the scheduled event during your stay at our venue. - If there is a change in the guaranteed number of attendees, you must notify the person in charge of such change at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled event.
