Accepted Answer

- You can use the Times Square parking lot, which can accommodate up to 3,000 vehicles. The fee is 1,000 won per 10 minutes (the first 30 minutes are free).

*Those who are hosting an event or staying at our hotel can use parking registration free of charge.

Question 2

Is it possible to install and use various equipment such as microphones and beam projectors? What are the fees?

Accepted Answer

- The rental fee includes a microphone, beam projector, notebook, fan, water, screen, and Wi-Fi.

Question 3

Is the event setup and break-down time included in the rental time?

Accepted Answer

- One hour is provided before and after the event. However, most guests make reservations that include preparation time.

Question 4

Is it possible to bring in outside food? If so, how much will it cost for the food and drinks?

Accepted Answer

- Outside food is not allowed, and a corkage fee (30,000 won per bottle) is charged for alcoholic beverages.
