How many cars can be parked? How much does it cost?

- Parking is free during the event. Parking is in a tower style, so SUVs and RVs are not permitted to park there. - The total number of parking spaces is approximately 40, but since hotel room guests also share the parking lot, it is difficult to tell you exactly how many cars will be available for the event, and we will inform you as much as possible. *Please understand in advance that if the parking lot is full, you will be directed to a paid parking lot.

Is the event setup and break-down time included in the rental time?

- 요청 시 세팅 시간을 함께 포함해서 대관하시는 경우도 있고, 아닌 경우도 있습니다. 대관료의 경우 반일/종일 기준으로만 진행하기 때문에 사전에 말씀 부탁 드립니다.

*혹시 그 앞뒤로 다른 행사가 없을 경우 추가적으로 1시간 정도씩의 여유 세팅시간을 드릴 수 있습니다.

Is it possible to bring in outside food? If so, how much will it cost for the food and drinks?

- 외부 음식 반입은 불가능합니다. 단, 너무 규모가 작아 저희 호텔 레스토랑 내 식수 인원이 맞지 않거나 부득이한 경우 소량의 다과만 반입하도록 허가하고 있습니다.

Is it possible to install and use various equipment such as microphones and beam projectors? What are the fees?

- 마이크, 빔 프로젝터, 스피커 등은 무료로 이용 가능합니다. 각 홀 별로 크기가 다르기 때문에 마이크 개수나 빔프로젝터 사양이 다를 수 있는 점 참고 부탁드리며 사전 문의 부탁드립니다.
