- Free parking is available depending on the event time, regardless of the number of vehicles. (4-hour ticket, 12-hour ticket) * However, due to congestion in the Samseong-dong area, we recommend using public transportation.

Is the event setup and break-down time included in the rental time?

- One hour before the event will be provided as preparation time.

Question 3

Is it possible to bring in outside food? If so, how much will it cost for the food and drinks?

Accepted Answer

- Bringing in outside food is difficult. However, please note that alcohol is sold at 30% of Oakwood's selling price, and wine is sold at around 20,000 won per bottle.

Question 4

Is it possible to install and use various equipment such as microphones and beam projectors? What are the fees?

- Microphones and beam projectors are provided free of charge when using the event venue.
