We had a company event lined up at the end of the year, so we quickly searched for hotels near the Seoul metropolitan area on Lubook and found the DoubleTree Hotel. It was convenient because we could quickly check availability and get a quote. Perhaps because it was a newly opened hotel, everything was clean. The parking lot was spacious and comfortable, which everyone appreciated. However, the location was a bit difficult to access by public transportation. The on-site manager was incredibly kind and promptly accommodated our requests. He also accommodated our schedules very well. We also had a course lunch during the event, and the food was delicious. The Pine Room, which we used, has a maximum capacity of 30 people, but we were there with a maximum of 30, so the space felt cramped. I think a maximum of 20 people would be better. I would definitely stay here again.

Accessibility is excellent for those arriving by car. However, if you're walking, you'll need to detour due to a section of the bridge under construction until this year (2023). I enjoyed the hotel facilities and structure without any inconvenience. I hope to visit again for a larger event. They provide detailed on-site assistance with sound and facility setup, so please visit before or on the day of the event and make any necessary requests. The Maple Room I reserved is likely to accommodate up to 40 people, but I think a seating arrangement more like a conference lecture hall would be more efficient than a circular, spectator-style seminar. If you're also considering the hallway exhibition, the space might feel a bit cramped. Because of its size, the distance between presenters and attendees can be quite close, which can be a bit overwhelming.
