Is parking available?

Parking is available for up to 36 mechanically parked vehicles and 1 outdoor vehicle. A valet fee of 5,000 won applies to all vehicles. Parking is free from 1 hour before the event to 1 hour after the event. However, after that time, an additional fee of 1,000 won per 10 minutes will be charged. ※ Please note that mechanically parked vehicles are not permitted: SUVs, large sedans, and vehicles with wide wheels are not permitted.

Is it possible to install and use various equipment, such as microphones and projectors? What are the fees?

- If you rent the venue, we provide a beam projector, screen, and sound system.

Is the event setup and dismantling time included in the rental time?

If you let us know in advance when requesting an event, we will do our best to provide it within one hour, including before and after the event.

Can I bring in outside food? If so, what are the additional costs for food and alcohol?

Outside food is prohibited, and catering services are provided directly by the hotel's culinary team. For further information, please contact us for assistance.

Can I get a discount on the rental fee if I eat there?

- It is possible. Please consult with us as it may vary depending on the usage time, meal menu, and number of people.

What are some things to keep in mind?

- All event participants and guests are responsible for any damage to hotel facilities. - Damage caused by equipment installation or personal reasons may result in compensation.

How do I get there by public transportation?

- It is located approximately 3 minutes on foot from Exit 3 of Seolleung Station on Subway Line 9.
