FAQ

Is it possible to install and use various equipment such as microphones and beam projectors? What are the fees?

- Beam projector 110,000 won, 2 microphones available (free), conference microphone is separate.

How many cars can be parked? How much does it cost?

- The parking lot can accommodate approximately 100 cars.
However, as there are many rooms, parking space may be limited depending on the number of guests, so we ask that you use public transportation whenever possible.

*When using the banquet hall (for either banquets or meetings), parking is free for up to 3 hours. Additional fees apply for any other time.

Can I get a discount on the admission fee if I dine in?

- Yes, it is possible. We will provide you with more details when we provide you with a quote.

Is the event setup and break-down time included in the rental time?

- It is included by default, but can be adjusted depending on the situation.

Is it possible to bring in outside food? If so, how much will it cost for the food and drinks?

While generally prohibited, bringing in outside food is currently permitted due to the hotel's food and beverage establishments being closed. During the closure period, outside food is permitted without a fee (until April 30th, with the possibility of extension depending on circumstances).
