Everything was satisfactory once we got familiar with how to find the conference room. Many people had a lot of trouble finding the conference room from the parking lot.
A consortium of several schools formed to host the "Industry Trend Conference." The SKY31 manager was incredibly helpful, from securing the venue to organizing the day itself, making the event a resounding success! The accessibility was excellent, and the view was breathtaking, making it a truly special experience for the participating college students, professors, and corporate representatives. We also hosted an exhibition program in the lounge, and the excellent infrastructure ensured we'll be using the space again in the future.
The venue was clean and comfortable, and the participants responded very positively. The staff were friendly and cooperative, allowing the symposium to conclude smoothly. The AV equipment was particularly good, so there were no issues with presentations, and the view was excellent, creating a satisfying atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again for another important event.

After making a reservation, I went to the site to inspect the facility, and the staff there kindly and provided excellent guidance. Thanks to their effective communication, I was able to prepare smoothly, and on the day of the event, the manager's quick response and work progress allowed us to complete the event without a hitch. A memorable moment was when I was on the phone with Manager Kim Seong-hyeon, and he suddenly appeared next to me twice: once on the 1st floor and once on the 31st floor. I was surprised and amused. I think he was very attentive. One thing that was disappointing was that the power strips on the two podiums didn't have power. I was too busy to ask about it on-site, but I'm not sure if it was supposed to be disabled, but I was disappointed that I couldn't use the power there. Anyway, I'm satisfied that the event went smoothly in a place with a great atmosphere. ^^

The route is a bit tricky (you have to go through security on the first floor, and it's especially difficult to guide people because you have to transfer elevators on the way from the parking lot to the convention center. The parking lot is also large, so there are several routes up, making it difficult for executives to come...) 1-2 As a result, the smoking area is far away, and long breaks are required during the event. There are only 6 restroom stalls for women. 2 Still, the view is good, so the overall satisfaction level seems to have been high (female employees especially enjoyed taking pictures here and there). 3 In the case of Lotte's catering, there were many reviews saying that the food was delicious, and it arrived exactly at the promised time. Feedback was also quick. 4 The person in charge of the event venue contacted us quickly, and we visited the site twice. Haha... They explained things well during the visits. Overall, it was a satisfactory place.
The staff provided very thorough guidance and responded quickly, which was great! Above all, the venue facilities were comfortable and the view was stunning, so I'd definitely return if I were to host an event there. Attendees were also very satisfied with the facilities! The weather was nice on the day of the event, so the attendees were very happy. The catering was very responsive even though there were a lot of changes in time and quantity, and the food was clean and the event went well!
This was my second event at the Lotte Tower Convention. The staff provided detailed explanations and were very friendly, making the reservation process a breeze. As always, the view was fantastic. Attendees were also very satisfied. It's a comfortable and clean place, which is always a plus. I'll definitely be hosting my next event at the Lotte Tower Convention again.
