The underground car park has 200 spaces. Parking is free for overnight guests. Event guests receive a 50% discount on parking fees. Valet parking is also available.
Is the event setup and break-down time included in the rental time?
Event dismantling time is not included. If you require it, an additional rental fee will apply for one hour.
Is it possible to install and use various equipment such as microphones and beam projectors? What are the fees?
Projector and screen use is charged according to the extra-service price listed for each space. The projector and screen in Grand Ballroom (space ID 4754) cost KRW 300,000. For other spaces, check their extra-service prices and package inclusion terms.

What are check-in/check-out times?
Check-in 15:00 / Check-out 11:00. Early check-in from 13:00 for groups.
What is the cancellation policy?
Room reservations: cancellation at least 7 days before the check-in date is free; 3–6 days before incurs 50% of the total room reservation amount; 0–2 days before, including check-in day, incurs 100%. Days are calendar days in the hotel’s local time (Asia/Seoul). Event reservations: a deposit of 10% of the total quoted amount is payable and is non-refundable once paid. Room cancellation rates do not apply to event reservations. Force majeure is handled by separate consultation.
