The event at the Nine Tree Locaust Hotel was very satisfying. Its location right next to Yongsan Station made it easily accessible, and as a newly built hotel, the facilities were very clean and tidy. Thanks to the kind assistance from the manager from the reservation to the preparations, we were able to successfully complete the event without any issues. The staff's satisfaction with the buffet food was also high. You corrected the necessary parts immediately. I would like to use this again next time.

Since our guests were coming from all over the country, we booked a location near Yongsan Station, and it was great that it was right in front of the station. The booking process was smooth, and everything was good on the day of the event, except for an issue where the event was delayed by about 30 minutes due to a problem connecting the MacBook (PPT). A dedicated engineer came to resolve the issue, but they couldn't identify the cause, so they replaced the TV, which caused a bit of a commotion, but everything was resolved successfully. Since the conference room also provides packed meals, I would definitely consider booking again if I plan a similar event in the future. I recommend it!
