Most hotel banquet halls are quite expensive. The Maehwa Hall at the Korea Press Center is reasonably priced, and its location is convenient for public transportation. The hall was spacious, so the event went smoothly. They also promptly resolved my requests on-site.

Communication during the preparation process was smooth, the food was delicious, and there were no major issues with the service. However, it was disconcerting that both of the two restrooms on the 19th floor were closed and unusable on that day.

The staff promptly accommodated our requests, making the event run very smooth. The venue and atmosphere were great, and the food was delicious. Thanks to them, we successfully wrapped up the event. The location and ambiance were fantastic, and the price was affordable. I definitely want to hold my next event here as well.

When coordinating various requests after the reservation is confirmed, it would be better to have a designated person in charge to handle all event-related matters from start to finish. When I called, I had to speak with three different people, which was inconvenient as I had to repeat myself. Additionally, I felt frustrated because a male employee, who appeared to be an intern, seemed unable to provide the information I needed immediately.
