- Event preparation and dismantling time is included in the rental time.
Is it possible to bring in outside food? If so, how much will it cost for the food and drinks?
- Due to hotel regulations, outside food and beverages are not permitted. Corkage fees vary depending on the alcoholic beverage. Please contact the hotel for further details.
Is it possible to install and use various equipment such as microphones and beam projectors? What are the fees?
- The number of microphones available for rental varies depending on the event space, but usually 1 is available, and up to 4 can be supported for Balios 1+2+NOOK events. - A beam projector and screen are provided in each conference room. *Depending on the size and nature of the event, these are included in the rental fee without additional charges.
